- Instead of providing people with instructions or orders, one must instead make them feel as through they are making these decisions themselves.
- In business as well as in life, one must never seem to pose a threat to another’s ongoing happiness.
- Momentum will still take you in the opposite direction that you want to go when you have just changed your course or direction. It takes a little time and adjustment for the momentum to swing in the direction of your choosing.
